It is always a wise decision to report or block users when necessary, both for Sugar Babies and Sugar Daddies/Mammas. This not only improves your experience here, but can also prevent other users from encountering the same problematic user.
Below, we detail several valid reasons to block someone and when it is more appropriate to do so versus when to report them.
We take all violations seriously and have more than enough support team to handle and investigate every report we receive. We want to thank everyone who contributes to keeping our community a great experience for everyone.
Blocking
If you come across a user who insists on interacting with you, is rude, slightly offensive or simply doesn't understand that you're not interested, you can easily block them and then continue your more pleasant conversations in peace.
Users can be blocked within your conversation with them by clicking the "Block User" button below the text area of the message or by visiting their profile, clicking the "More" button and then clicking "Block" to complete the action.
Report
If a user tries to scam you in any way, asks for money, uses language that incites violence or rape, it's time to report them. You can report a user by visiting their profile, clicking on the "More" button and then "Report" to let us know all the details in the form below.
Once thoroughly investigated by our support team and if the report is deemed accurate, the offending user's account will be suspended or banned altogether where more appropriate.
When to Report
Please report users for serious offenses only. Rude individuals, nasty messages, vulgar messages, uncomfortable messages and constant unwanted messages are situations that can be easily handled by simply blocking the user and moving on.
The blocked user would have to create a new account and subscribe again to send you messages, so there is no way they can clutter your inbox and keep bothering you without having to jump through several annoying hoops only to be blocked again.
